How Care Mason works

Care Mason is a searchable directory. Its job is discovery and communication — helping you find care professionals and agencies serving your area, and letting you contact them directly.

What the platform does

• Lets professionals and agencies publish profiles they control.
• Lets you search by location, service, languages, and availability.
• Lets you save and compare profiles.
• Lets you send a short inquiry; if it's accepted, you exchange private messages.

What it does not do

Care Mason does not hire or employ caregivers, select a worker for you, arrange or supervise care, negotiate terms, assign shifts, collect payments, or guarantee coverage. Any arrangement is made directly between you and the professional or agency, outside the platform.

About credentials

Profiles show credentials with a clear label for how each was checked — from self-reported to source-checked. A label is not an endorsement, and publication of a profile is not a background check or a business-identity verification.

Messages are not monitored for emergencies and are not end-to-end encrypted. Please avoid sharing unnecessary medical details.
