This is a plain-language summary, not a final legal policy — the final text is a launch task. Care Mason is a directory; it aims to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Account email and a private display name (email lives with our auth provider).
• Profile content you choose to publish, and inquiries/messages you send.
• We do not collect dates of birth, addresses, diagnoses, insurance numbers, or government IDs in structured fields.

Your controls

From Settings you can adjust notifications, request a data export, and request deletion. Deletion immediately unpublishes your profile and stops contact, with full removal after a short grace period.

We make no “HIPAA compliant,” “fully vetted,” or “guaranteed safe” claims.
