Using Care Mason safely

What our labels mean

Credentials show how each was checked — from self-reported to source-checked (a reviewer confirmed it with the issuing source). A label is not an endorsement, and publishing a profile is not a background check or a guarantee.

Deciding for yourself

• Talk to people directly, ask for references, and verify anything that matters to you.
• Rates and availability are self-reported and meant to be discussed.
• Care Mason does not select, employ, supervise, or pay providers.

Reporting a problem

Every profile and conversation has a Report control. Reports go to our moderators, who can review the specific content and take action. Blocking someone stops further requests and messages in both directions.

Messages are not monitored for emergencies and are not end-to-end encrypted. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
